Project summary:
IN3BIT d.o.o. will innovatively develop new and significantly improve the existing business solution Pozitron XRM. With the introduction of the new innovative Pozitron Composer functionality, this product becomes a "No Code" platform, which allows users to create their own business applications, without the need for programming knowledge. The platform plans to be among the first in the world to enable direct "In House" implementation in existing user systems, creating additional value for all data in one place (Big Data), business intelligence (BI) and XRM communications. A significant part of the activities is related to: documentation, preparation and launch on the EU market, along with the marketing plan, promotion, product visibility and project implementation activities.

The aim of the project is to invest in the adaptation and significant improvement of the existing concept through innovations aimed at advanced and innovative high value-added products, contribute to increasing the innovation of newly established micro enterprises and strengthening the competitiveness of the entire SME sector in Croatia.
The specific goal of the project is to increase the innovation and competitiveness of IN3BIT d.o.o. through significant improvement of the conceptual design of Pozitron and adjustment in accordance with the expressed market interest, preparation and launch of products on the market and additional activities.
The project includes an investment based on the results of research and development of innovations, which through the transfer of knowledge and technology will be applied in business activities in the form of development and launch of sustainable production of new products with growth and export potential, ie launching new products. Through the project, the key functionalities of the innovative Pozitron XRM have been significantly improved in the following:
- Pozitron XRM - a new expanded business relationship management
- Poxitron Composer (No code) - a platform for easy application development by the end customer, without the need for programming knowledge
- Pozitron "In House" implementacija - omogućava spuštanje Pozitron Composer platforme i Pozitron XRM rješenja kao poslovne cjeline direktno u lokalnu mrežu tvrtke korisnika (VPN, Private, Cloud)
The implementation of the project resulted in the innovative product Pozitron XRM and accompanying services that are a novelty in the company's offer and a novelty on the market, both in the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. Also, 2 years after the completion of the project, the results will be achieved as follows
- Continuous growth of total revenues
- Export revenue growth
- Increasing the number of employees for 2 new employees
